Services can be conducted during our hours of operation – Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Personal concierge services are Melbourne based.
Services can be conducted outside these hours (after hours on weekdays and weekends) only after a consultation to agree upon the task. After hours weekday services are 25% extra per hour. Weekend services are 50% extra per hour.
Large project based task help (such as events & functions) are quoted by consultation.
One Off Requests
$60 (incl. GST) per hour.
Made for when you need help suddenly, or urgently.
$60 is the minimum charge for one task, regardless of whether it takes less than one hour.
Pre Paid Time Blocks
$590 (incl. GST) for a 10 hour block.
$1100 (incl. GST) for a 20 hour block.
Time blocks are not consecutive & can be used progressively. They also don’t expire until used.

Services we don’t cover are
- Third party invoices
- Babysitting & child minding
- Cooking meals
- Anything illegal
Lifestyle assistant services are in Melbourne. Areas are Inner West & Inner North Melbourne.
